The planners are a PDF document. This means that only a digital PDF document will be sent. You will need to print, a physical item will not be sent. This allows you to print the pages you desire, no wasted pages!

The most important days are the ones you do not want to stick with it. It is about having the discipline to do it anyways. Give yourself time and do not deprive yourself of the foods you love. It is about balance.

That is entirely up to you. It also depends on the specific pages you are using. I love to use the yearly habit tracker to track all of my workouts for the year and many other pages. I flip through the pages 2x a week to update first thing in the morning. Set a reminder if you need to.
