Hey Sunflowers!

If you sometimes struggle with creativity or just simply do not have time to spend hours setting up your bullet journal then you are going to LOVE these FREE bullet journal printables. There are doodles you can color throughout the pages and have so many other themes that go with these bullet journal printables.

Are These Free Printable Journal Pages for Adults?

Yes! Even though they may seem “childish” to some people they are actually made for adults but appropriate for any age! I love coloring the pages and tapping into my inner child. The cover page alone would be fun for any kid to color too!

What is a Bullet Journal?

A bullet journal is basically a planner but includes pages specifically for you. Many people include habit trackers for the month. I like to add a page dedicated to monthly updates about my baby. The possibilities are endless. I go more into depth here How to Bullet Journal for Beginners. But basically I use a binder and print desired pages, I am a mom so I do not have time to make each page from scratch anymore!

How do I download the Free Downloadable Journal?

Towards the top of this page, sign up to receive the free pages to your email inbox. You can use these all year long or for one of your monthly setups.

More Information About the Printable Pages

There are even more pages than the ones shown above such as a Mood Tracker and a 2 page calendar, etc. All pages also have a no heading option so if you are someone who loves to letter you can write the days of the week or titles such as “Habit Tracker”. The pages are black and white so you will save on ink! There is a dot grid in the text boxes making it easier to write.

Tips for Printing the Free Bullet Journal Printables

  • Print on 100% or actual size.

  • I like to print one page at a time so I can prevent mistakes and wasting paper.

  • Each printer is different so get familiar with yours. Once I print a page if I want something printed on the back I put it right back in the printer with the already printed side facing up. Practice using regular copy paper so you do not waste any cardstock if that is what you are using.

  • Use Black ink only. Do not waste color ink, these are black and white, saving you money on colored ink!

Sizes Included with these Free Bullet Journal Printables

  • US Letter

  • A4

  • A5

  • Cut to A5 - you can print this on US Ltr or A4 paper. If you want to hand cut the paper and stick it into your hardbound A5 journal this makes it so easy! You can also just cut and use in your A5 binder if you do not have any A5 paper left.

How to use these all year Long for Every Month

There are printable monthly stickers for every month of the year! Simply print the pages for each month and hand write the month or use the stickers. To change up the look you can change up the color markers you use. If you want other monthly themes you check out the bundle that includes festive pages for each month or you can select out of 29 themes here Printable Planner with Doodles.

Suggestions for the lined Notes Page Planner Printable

  1. One Line a Day - Some suggestions on ways to use the Notes page is well of course for notes but there are 31 lines to write on plus room for a heading! That mean you can write at the top “one line a day” and write 1-31 on the left and a sentence for each day of the month.

  2. Expense Tracker - log your expenses for the month. I like to track my food and shopping since that is all I can really control.

  3. Brain Dump

  4. Thoughts Page

  5. A calendar - If you need a ton of room to write in a calendar you could write each day of the month 1-31 on the left side and write an entire sentence for each calendar entry. There are 31 spaces plus room for a heading.

  6. Ice Cream reviews - how fun would it be to try different ice cream and rate the flavors? Write “Ice Cream Reviews” for the heading. Write each flavor of ice cream in each space and the amount of stars on the right side of the page you can even write a column for the calories or price. I would include this page in the beginning of my bullet journal instead of in a specific month.

  7. Summer Bucket list - list all the things you want to accomplish this summer.

  8. Quotes - a list of summer or ice cream inspired quotes.

Why Use Bullet Journal Printables?

  • Save Time

What I see most is people falling behind in their bullet journal and not being able to use their journal all the time since they are behind on their monthly setup.

  • Save Money

You can print printable bullet journal pages over and over again and use them every year! You can save even more by shopping Bundles.

  • Spark Creativity

I get so inspired by the font or design elements on printables that it gives me ideas on doodles, stickers or hand lettering I can add in myself. I do not have to spend time drawing each line so I have time to focus on fun stuff like drawing doodles or adding in a pretty quote.

  • Become Organized

I have tried so many apps and online bullet journals but the #1 thing that keeps me organized is my physical bullet journal. The bullet journal has everything in one place. Want a list of your favorite meals? Have a reminder of when the last time you changed your oil? It can all be found in your bullet journal.

  • Stay Motivated

Once you start your bullet journal you will NEVER stop. Okay you might miss a week here or there but you will always come back. It brings so much joy and keeps you focused on your goals. Flipping through the pages alone will inspire you to update that habit tracker and to stay on track.

  • Customization

Print the pages that you desire and make it fully customized to your needs. You can easily reprint a page and move them around. If you use a hardbound journal you will most likely become frustrated that you can not move pages around. But you can still use printables with a hard bound journal!

  • Keepsake

It is something you can look back on yourself and reminisce for your whole life. After just a few years I find myself looking back and seeing how far I have come in my life and creativity. How cool would it be to pass this down generations? I wish I had some type of journal from my mom or grandmother.

    Supplies used in the Pictures

  • Ice Cream Monthly Bullet Journal Setup sign up above to make them free!

  • Want 12 unique themes for a full year planner? Grab the Bundle

  • I use this HP OfficeJet Pro 9015e printer. I only like to recommend items I have used. This picks up thick cardstock which I love. Other printers have many issues picking up cardstock. It’s not the cheapest out there but I know it picks up cardstock! You can also print the pages at a friend’s house or a local print shop like Staples.

  • I do not recommend the binder in these pictures. I now use one that fits an entire year’s worth of pages. 1.5 Inch 3 ring A5 Binder

  • 3 ring mini binder hole punch

  • Tombow Dual Brush Pens - I used colors 761, 772, 991, 942. If you want to buy individual pens visit your local Michaels Craft Store or shop directly from Tombow.com.

  • Crayola Super Tips are an inexpensive alternative I use these all the time

  • Tombow Small nibbed brush pen, a must for me

  • A5 Paper The pages are bright white and thick so there is no ghosting which is really important to me!

  • Clear Ruler 6 and 12 inch do not always need but this is so handy

  • Micron Fine Liners For doodles and thin lines. I used 02 and 01 those are my favorite especially since some boxes you need to write pretty small on A5 size
