Hey Sunflowers!

I am so excited to share my 2022 bullet journal setup. Being a new mom I don’t have as much time as I used to so I am relying on printables. This year I switched to a binder journal. I am using A5 paper. It’s great because you can add and rearrange pages as needed. The printables makes my setup a breeze and there is still so much room for my own creativity. 2022 Cover Page

I kept it very simple this year and added some simple doodles and I think it came out so cute! I’ve learned that repeating patterns is pleasing to the eye. I used to do too many different graphics and too many colors.

The Last Time I

This spread is so helpful. It’s different from a habit tracker because you put things here that you don’t do as often. Things like your last hair cut, giving your dog flea meds, changing your water filter, etc.

Printables

This is specific for me because I like to keep track of the printables I create for sunflower child designs. Even though I use mainly printables there are still a few spreads that are so specific to me that I need to create them myself. That is the beauty of bullet journaling you create a journal that is perfect for you!

Photo of the month

The trick for sizing the boxes is that I made a template on the app called pic collage. I use the 4x6 template that has 8 horizontal boxes. Then when I put the pictures in I turn them so they are vertical. It’s free to use the app for this! At the end of the year I’ll go back and add pictures to the template and print using amazon photos.

Here is a close up. I used tombow brush pens and the small nibbed brush pen to write the title.

Goals

I left room at the bottom so I can add them throughout the year I like to keep the goals minimal otherwise I get overwhelmed.

Vocabulary

I love to write down new vocab words I come across and make sure to use them in everyday life. One I came across that I haven’t heard before was “notoriety”.

Content Tracker

My last year’s spread like this ended up being pretty bare. This year I’m leaving less room for each. It’s a simple checklist for each category.

Body Tracker

Last year I had a line chart but this year I opted for something more simple and it looks way better. I will simply add my weight each month in the correct box. The first “j” is for January.

Baby Updates

Each month I’ll give an update on my little one. She is 1 year old. I’ll write her current favorites and dislikes and anything that she learned.

Year at a Glance

This printable makes it so easy to make this. The design elements were already there. I just added the numbers for each month and color and some washi tape. Get This HERE.

Future Log

This is where you put your events and tasks for the year. Then when you are in the current month for example January, then you transfer that information into your January calendar. It just makes things easier. Get this HERE.

Candle Magic

This year I want to practice candle magic. It’s pretty simple to do just follow this printable! Get this HERE.

Candle Colors

I colored the candles myself. Each color of a candle represents a different thing. If you don’t have any colored candles you can always use a white one. Get this HERE.

Think of candle spells as setting an intention. An example is “I intend to stop taking things personally”. Get this HERE.

The binder journal is from Ali Express here. The rings are larger than most standard binders so you can fit more pages in it!

A5 Paper The pages are bright white and thick so there is no ghosting which is really important to me!
Clear Ruler 6 and 12 inch so I can see the dot grid through ruler
Micron Fine Liners For doodles and thin lines. I used .003 and 01 those are my favorite especially since some boxes you need to write pretty small

I Stressed
