October Bullet Journal Ideas - Pumpkin Spice Theme
October Bullet Journal Spread Ideas
Hey Sunflowers!
This month I went for the “basic” pumpkin theme, okay “pumpkin spice” theme. There is a reason that things are “basic”. Everyone likes the same thing and for good reason, YUM! I am one of those pumpkin spice fanatics. I get excited for pumpkin spice every year but always end up becoming disappointed because I live in Florida and it’s still HOT!
In this blog post you will get some inspiration for your own bullet journal, discover the bullet journal supplies I used and even get a change to sign up for free planner printables and free printable stickers!

October Bullet Journal Title Page
This October cover page was fairly easy! I decided on about 6 elements and repeated them on the page. I find that repeating the same elements looks better than non repeating. I testing a bunch of different colored markers to narrow down the ones I wanted to use. I will have all the supplies linked below.
Month at a Glance
I saw someone on Instagram using this layout and it has been a game changer for me! It is the BEST of both worlds. I love the aesthetic look of the calendar but the functionality of the vertical calendar since I have room to write my events. I like to make a task list for the month too.I used a brown micron instead of the usual black.
October Habit Tracker
This was my first time using this type of habit tracker. I am used to making them look like mini calendars. I used washi tape to tape off the right side of the elements to make a crisp line. Make sure that the elements touch the washi tape to create the line. To make the title “habit tracker” write normal uppercase letters are trace around them to create bubble letters. I could have done better but, oh well. I was rushing. I like to write my habit in pencil and color at the end of the month. If there is a habit I did not do for that day I add a dot in pencil so I know I already reviewed that day.
October Thoughts Page / Brain Dump
I like to write down my thoughts each month in my bullet journal. I like to keep the design elements at a minimum to leave room for journaling. I just write in here whenever I feel like it or at the end of the month I just kind of write a recap of the things that were happening in my life. I used some Crayola Supertips, Tombow Brush Pens and a brown Mcron 05. Linked below.
Bullet Journal Travel Page
This month we went on a spur of the moment Tennessee trip! Okay it was planned but only a month in advance and that is very spur of the moment for me! I was browsing the app Airbnb and realized it was time for a family vacation. Our goal is to ATLEAST go on a trip once a year. We met our friends there and had a great time. Didn’t do anything crazy but the cabin was cozy and it was really relaxing. I really love how this spread turned out. It’s minimal, pretty, and practical.
October Quote Page "But First Pumpkin Spice"
I haven’t done a full quote page in awhile! October always get me so excited so I was inspired to make this. I always love a busy looking page so I added these VERY simple black spots all over the page. All supplies are linked below.
Fall Bucket List Bullet Journal Idea
I always get all the fall feels when bullet journaling in October. I was inspired by Masha Plans Fall bucket list. I struggle with wanting my pages to look AMAZING but not wanting to spend much time on them, ha. When I am proud of a page I find myself flipping back to the page over and over again. I blended some Crayola Super Tips in the “Fall” to get a gradient look by making feather like strokes.
Halloween Doodle Ideas
I can’t remember where I saw this but this is not my original design! I was in awe of the doodles and colors, I am obsessed! I love how the colors are not your traditional Halloween colors. This is giving me witchy vibes, you know I love those.

I Stressed
It takes a lot of time to create a bullet journal. I started to feel over whelmed so I created printable planner stickers and pre-made bullet journal pages to help me and others out! I still get to create my own spreads but now I don’t spend countless hours, I just don’t have as much time as I used to, now I’m a mom! I have a ton of planner printables and printable stickers in my SHOP. I appreciate your support!
